This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no forms that collect your details. If you choose to load the Google map on our Visit page, Google will receive the information it needs to show the map, under Google’s privacy policy. The map is not loaded unless you ask for it.

Information we collect

When you book a table, order by phone, buy from us in person, email us or contact us on social media, we may collect:

Identity and contact details, such as your name, phone number, email and delivery address.
Payment information needed to take payment. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.
Details of your orders and bookings, and any feedback you give us.
Dietary or allergy information you tell us, so that we can prepare your food safely.
CCTV images if you visit our premises, for safety and crime prevention.

If you order through a delivery app (such as Uber Eats, Deliveroo or Just Eat), that company’s own privacy policy also applies to the information you give it.

How we use it

To take and fulfil your bookings and orders, and to contact you about them.
To prepare your food safely around allergies and dietary needs.
To improve our food and service, and understand which dishes are popular.
For safety, security and the prevention of crime and fraud.
To send you news and offers, but only if you have agreed to this. You can opt out at any time.

Sharing your information

We never sell your personal information. We only share it where needed to provide our service (for example, with our payment provider) or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example, financial records).

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To do any of these, contact us using the details below. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
